Having her turn her head towards the camera a bit more and a slightly higher camera angle would have helped tremendously. Also, when subjects have a second chin, ask them to "turtle": stretch their chin forward, and the double chin disappears or at least is minimized. She is a very lovely lady.

This and a couple of other minor details.
You've got a hair shadow on her right side adding more lines.
And comb/brush her hair all the loose fray is adding volume.

Excellent work catching her eyes!
