I like it and IMHO the graininess adds to the allure.

Different, excellent photo... both the model's eyes, lips, hair, pose, and the photographer's lighting, texture, darken corners, lighten breast, etc.
Beautifully done. Pose, crop, grain, exposure working on all cylinders.
