Perfect idea, I'll definitely go to one like this.
Located in the same strip mall as the restaurants named "I Don't Care" and "Doesn't Matter to Me.
And stops using the pain in the butt background music that no one listens to but adds to the background drone that is so annoying if you have hearing problems.

Sounds good to me!
However I have no problem with children being a "bit" noisy as long as they are not being brats.
My four girls where raised to respect others, but being kids they would forget at times, but regained control with just a quiet word or a look from me or my wife. The problem is when the "adults" do not have or exercise control, most likely at home as well as in public.

That is the problem.
Most parents of young children today themselves were brought up as rude narcissistic brats.
I observed these parents as children while attending ASU. That was 30 years ago and they were miserable out of control brats.

The “quiet word” or “look” never seemed to work with our kids. We usually wound up locking them in the car with a plate of french fries while we finished our meals...and maybe a drink two at the bar after dinner. Worked for us...and it was cheaper too. Darn kids just played with their food anyway.
Just sayin’
I can sure concur with that comment about the background music. That is so annoying when people are trying to talk! Some places, if asked, will turn it down. Some may have smaller party rooms if you have a group & this really helps, too.
And kids eat off their parents' plates?
Good luck with that. But, it isn't always the kids. Last evening my wife and I took our granddaughter to one of the fast food change. A pair of kids came in with their mom. They sat in the back of the nearly empty restaurant. Mom, at the front counter, actually stood their screaming at the kids for various perceived misconducts. This across the entire length of the place! The kids were quiet, compared to this individual.
While you're at it, could you also make a restaurant where no person is allowed to talk on their cell phone at the top of their lungs?
THANKS!
