Pretty old version. They might be up to 15. This may not support RAW files from recent cameras.

PSE 19 has been out. Have seen it for $69.95. Why buy the older version for $40? Maybe $15.

Is that an offer? I'll take it. I just don't want it to into a landfill unused.

I didn't know old versions of Photoshop Elements would be worth anything but if they are I have the disks for versions 2, 5, 6, 8, 11 and 12. I am currently using version 14 which is the last one I plan on ever getting.

I use PSE10 most every day on Win10. It runs just fine, depending on what you want it to do. As noted already, it will not process RAW files from recent cameras (at least the past 5-years, check the Adobe site for the specifics). The software will run just fine for JPEGs (8-bit) that come from all camera types.

Donating to a library or an art camp or a non-profit may be an option.

Why? Do you have a new camera PSE14 doesn't support? Have you hit some other limitation that Adobe lists as a feature of PSE19?
