1st, Admin. If this isn't the right place for this post feel free to move it wherever lol.

I always love posting pics here and seeing the reactions and comments, It is always encouraging.
And the last set, of Otters, was a real hit. I never would have guessed that, really.
But, I have been doing things the Dr told me not to, as we all do. And as expected things down south around T4 through S2 " lower back " has gone down hill faster than expected.
Dr wants me in surgery May 10, no later, as the lack of control in my legs is getting out of hand and to the point driving a car is a challenge. That leaves me 19 days to shoot as many pics as I can, because it's going to be a long time out for me. So I will need some editing to do, and perhaps learn more about Photoshop. I only know about 6 things in Photoshop now lol, it's pathetic really.

If things go normally, and they are betting against that based on the last one, I will be laid up for 3-6 months before bending and walking a lot is an option.
I look forward to posting if and when I can.
In the mean time I will be reading the forum when I can sit comfortably.
I wish you ALL well, on your photographic endevours and in your lives :)

Peace
Danniel

Danniel - enjoy the heck out of the next few weeks. Hope that nasty weather isn't up your way. Wishing that your surgery goes well and you have a quick recovery!

Hopefully the downward spiral goes very slowly for you, dancers. I am crossing my fingers that my sight outlasts my body. I am the most mobile of four siblings and the oldest, but my time will come. Meanwhile, like Danniel, I'll try to fill up my memory cards because you never know.

Best wishes and prayers.

Make the most of that time, though I would recommend learning LR and PS as a unit since that is how they are designed to work.

A suggestion, try table top macro work and still lifes. Both can be done from a wheelchair or even a bed with a little help.
