Need help with the subscription LR/PS

I pay for the subscription LR/PS and use LR regularly. Somehow, today when I tried to learn how to move photos from LR to PS for more work, I could not find the PS program on my computer. I don't see an easy way to contact Adobe to fix it. I'm sure someone out there will have solved this problem before. Any help will be appreciated as I am trying to follow through on the excellent assistance I received recently on "adjusting" my picture of the colorful umbrellas.

I've never had that problem, but I have had others which Adobe support solved. I didn't remember their number so I just Googled "Adobe support number" and it's 1 (800) 833-6687

When you subscribe you get a program called "Adobe Creative Cloud" to download and install, then you use it to install LR and PS. Did you not install PS when you started? Be careful to click on the right one CC will have other adobe products to download on trial.

John and Robert,

Thank you. I'll give it a try. I did download both programs initially. In between then and now, I have transitioned to a new computer. My computer guru transferred all the programs (I thought). I will check the Adobe Creative Cloud and use the 1-800 number if the first does not work.

Update, I just went to the Adobe Creative Cloud and it allowed me to upload PS. Thanks for your rapid and helpful suggestion.

What your "Guru" failed to do was reinstall Photoshop via the Creative Cloud App. Next time, learn to do it yourself.

Just call Adobe and talk to a rep, should be able to solve your issue pretty fast!

I thank everyone for their assistance. I resolved the issue and am now trying to figure out PS. I have many, many videos to review.
