That is a great shot. I am sure this is a crop and in my case, if this was my image I would have cropped differently leaving more room for the bird on the right of the frame but that is me.

Generally I would agree with you, but this is for a client and this is the crop she wanted for her wall. It was actually a requested photo as she wanted a tricolor in breeding plumage. The customer is ALWAYS right. :-)

Well, it is mostly "white birds" but they include Cattle Egrets (trimmed in brown), Great Egrets (all white), Snowy Egrets (with amazing yellow feet and bills trimmed with their standard red breeding badge) and the woodstorks. There are lots of tricolors, and little blue herons as well. I saw a couple of Green Herons as well.
