Yes, we know exactly where you stand. Or kneel.

Hey, at least I am happy for the most part, more than I can say for you guys, the next 5 1/2 years are going to really suck for you guys, I don't see the current crop of socialists as being able to beat Trump.

BTW Dave, I don't kneel, very nice of you to throw in that pejorative but you missed the mark.

We do have our opinions...some more flattering than others.

I would ask which of the statements you disagree with, but that would be just as funny and self serving as your initial response so I won't bother.

You don't know who will win any more than I do, but if you are correct, the next 5 1/2 years will suck for all of us. I believe you know this, but if you think people you object to are more put out than you are, that's a victory in your eyes. I find this rather confusing. There are some real i***ts on this forum. That's an excuse I don't believe you are entitled to.

You may or may not kneel. You certainly worship. Whether kneeling goes with worship in your religion seems rather unimportant.

Thom, let's be clear, I don't worship Trump, I find a lot of fault with Trump as I have repeatedly made clear on this forum, however I do like many of his policies although I don't agree with all of them, for instance, the threat of tariffs on trade with Mexico because of immigration, I am not sure that is the correct approach. He has a problem with a do nothing congress that is content to watch as the house burns refusing to pick up the fire hose that lies at their feet. If I need to explain that to you Thom, it is pretty basic, congress could fix the immigration problem in a day if they were so inclined but they really want the issue and are willing to tell the American people to be damned.

Trump's greatest accomplishment was saving us from the further march towards progressivism and for that I am very thankful. I interpret many of his policies differently than you and others here do, such as the tax policy that Art lists above, it was not a giveaway to the wealthy, he closed loopholes while maintaining a top rate fully 2% higher than they were 10 years ago, lower income brackets benefited by a doubling of the standard deduction as well as child credits....

Unlike you Thom, I do not see the federal government as a good steward of the resources we already give them and do not support giving them more.

I do support confronting trade issues with Mexico, Canada, and China. I do support confronting the EU and the lack of support for their own defense while relying on the US tax payer to handle their defense for them. I do support gaining control of our borders and confronting the fact that we have some 30 million illegal residents already in this country....

It is not worship Thom, it is a bit of common sense.

No.5 is the gift that keeps on giving! The only people that think dodging the Vietnam war is a big deal are the very gung ho types drawn to Lord Bone Spurs. How does that work? It must be the cognitive dissonance we hear so much about with Trump supporters and Trump Evangelicals.

The damage that Trump is doing will last beyond his time in office—either 4 or 8 years. The country will be changed forever in immeasurable negative ways.
