Nice job separating the branch and the deer from the background. There is just a little ghosting along the doe's neck.

Are you sure you are seeing ghosting?
See the original picture here it may be the fawns markings you are seeing.

Yes. When I download the image I can see the 3D.
However, while looking at the 3D, if I close my left eye, I see a simple 2D right eye image. When I close my right eye I see a double image.
It's possible that you reloaded the image to realign it and ended up inadvertently combining an earlier anaglyph with original right eye image. It's an easy mistake that I have made a couple of times.
