Add me to your head count. Love the camera. Never use my DLSR anymore, just too much to carry around when the 40 seems to do it all. Love the camera.

Don, I am trying to make up my mind between the SX40 and the as yet unavailable Lumix fz200. would uou take a picture at full resolution with some detail in it and post it with the download so I can view it at 100%
