There's plenty of posts to discourage you from buying from them.

How could they possibly be scammers? They’re from Maine which we all know is a no BS place! Plus they have Honest Abe’s name! How could you possibly go wrong?
Or you could do a search.

I would add this contrarian comment. Abe's (which now has only a nominal association with Maine) sells on it's own platform, as well as on the Amazon platform.

I would not equate the two, and would feel far more comfortable ordering from them on Amazon. I for one have done so without issue a few times over the past several years. In each case they substantially undercut Amazon itself as well as other third party sellers.

Of course the fact that the sale takes place on the Amazon platform does not alter the fact that Abe's may or may not be an authorized US dealer for a particular brand (with the warranty and service implications that status may present).

But it does add a level of buyer protection not present with direct purchases from the Abe's platform, and Abe's Amazon has received a 99% positive seller rating (in contrast to the abysmal ratings from other sources attributable to non-Amazon sales.)

So I would say that the issue is not quite so cut and dried as others would have it.

If you search here you'll have your answer....

RUN, don't walk away!

The word "shysters" comes to mind. "Bait and switch" is another term you'll find in a lot of their reviews.

They ain't in Maine (NJ, I think) and no one named Abe works there any more.

While this may be true, I prefer to give my business to the Authorized Dealers of USA-Warranted products who have records of great customer service - Adorama, B&H,Cameta, etc. Or I buy from those dealers or Canon through Amazon.
