I have been having trouble finding someone to develop my compact disc. Walmart, cvs, and target do not have the right machines anymore. Walgreens do but are getting rid of them. Where am I going to be able to get them done or am I going to have to get new cameras?

You have pictures on compact disc and you want to print them? I don't know if those places still have CD drive but if not you can put in a computer with the CD drive and copy the pictures to a USB thumb drive.
You don't need new cameras as I don't know of any camera that takes pictures to the Compact Disc.

Note sure if you are taking digital or film but if old film here is one source I used for a different project and was happy with service.

Sony MVCCD400 CD Mavica 4MP Digital Camera w/3x Optical Zoom, plus some earlier camcorders used them. It was a short-lived era.

That's the way to go.

Am I reading right, that you use this "compact disc" in your camera?
If so, is this a very small one, or...?
Or, by any chance, do you mean "compact flash"? Not a regular SD card, but one that is larger and thicker?
If that is the one you are using in your camera, may I suggest you get a cardreader; one that will read a number of different formats of cards. With that it would be very easy to copy what is on your card to a medium that can be used by the processing labs.

Yeah I forgot about the Mavica that used CD. I knew about the one that used floppy disk. But any way in this case then the OP should buy new camera.

Talk to a computer shop to get their advise on whether or not those files can be transferred to a more modern media storage device.

I believe both Walmart and CVS have online printing services negating the need for a disk or thumb drive.

Transfer the pictures to a thumb drive and take it. Most of the machines have USB ports where you can plug in the thumb drive to print the pictures.

Wasn't there an early Sony that recorded to CD?

Store on your hard drive. Then copy to an SD or thumb drive to take to photo printer.

If I remember correctly it’s just a mini CD with jpegs. You can read it with a regular CD-ROM. You can also copy the pics to your computer with the cable.

Terry do you have CD's made from your SD cards and want to be able to bring these cards into Walgreens or wherever and be able to get pictures printed if you should choose to do so. If so you are in the same situation as I am. I actually carry my cards into the store, sit at kiosk and edit my my images and have prints made. I also have a CD made at that time. For my purposes, I can concentrate my attention better at the kiosk than I can amid the distractions of home. I also wonder if the editing program at kiosk is better than whats on my old computer. Good luck with your CD issue.
