A lot of folks have asked for recommendations in this area. I apologize in advance if someone has already recommended this site.
I don't believe I can include a link in this post, so here's how you find it.
go to YouTube.com and search for PixImperfect. They have over a million subscribers, so there is definitely a high level of popularity.
Look for the playlists link and click it. The playlist is "Lightroom Tutorials for Beginners"
The 14 videos are short, very clearly explained and easy to understand. The host is enthusiastic and engaging. It's all totally free.
