Tilthead with Arca Swiss quick release for monopods

I am looking for recommendations on one of these. Specifically, are there any that would have the ability to mount on monopods with different size screwheads? I don’t know the correct terminology, but I’m sure you guys do...the type of mount that essentially has one size inside the other, so you have two. I have monopods with different size screw attachments, so a tilthead that could work on both would be ideal.
I currently have a Manfrotto tilt head (minus arca swiss) that can only mount on my beefier monopod, but would like to find a tilthead/Arca Swiss combo that would work on a lighter monopod too. I run up and down the sidelines a lot shooting rugby, and dragging a beefy attached monopod gets old, not to mention being a potential trip hazard for those on the sidelines.
I hope I am making myself clear. I have looked at some that might work, but the dimensions/compatibility aspect makes me a bit gun shy because I don’t want to order one and have it not fit. Don’t really want to spend $200+ for a RRS version either.

When I sell on Ebay I only will ship within the continental US. Too much of a hassle with dutyand paperwork to ship overseas.
