Yellow Rumped Warbler????? I think.
If it is this is the first time I have ID'd one in my yard.
Not real sure other than this little guy is very wet and not too happy.

If I had been on the fence in heavy cold rain and a burst of hail the size of peas instead of my family room with the slider open and a long lens I would have been very unhappy also.
