A place on the west coast that we return to as the family grows. Just north of 10-Mile River, this beach can only be accessed at low tide and through a cave. Many memories.

Best in download. Critiques always welcome and read.

D7000, ISO200, f/10, 1/500, 22mm (kit lens, handheld).

A very nice composition and beautiful spot. It reminds me a lot of Kynance Cove in Cornwall, U.K. I especially like the colours here, and the contemplative figure, which gives scale - along with the bungalow, which I’d be tempted to remove! Imagine living there, with the endless sounds of the sea. Wonderful!

Very nice picture. The water seems almost circular to the beach.
Off topic. Why the need to mention "kit lens" does that mean it is less than and in spite of this I managed to get a great picture. If you were to buy that lens without a camera is the phrase "kit lens" included in the description. It seems you are almost apologetic for using that lens. Ok, off the soapbox.

That's what it was called when purchased. It came with the camera, case, two lenses, etc. In other words, not a prime or special lens.

Thanks for commenting.

Well, it was special enough to take a very good picture.

Nice, I will have to check that out sometime. I have seen that house from the 10 mile beach side.
Thanks for sharing
