Does anybody have experience with this vintage lens? Minolta MC Rokkor PF 85mm f/1.7
I use vintage lenses on my Fuji X-T2 and have been looking for a solid performing portrait lens, I ended up buying this on ebay…. Was it a good choice or should I have purchased something else.... Please if you have memories of this lens or current experience feel free to share.
And no, I am not looking to spend a fortune on a Zeiss or Leica manual lens, so please keep comparisons within reason, Canon, Pentax, Helios etc.
You might try the Rokkor Files web site. Been around a very long time.
http://www.rokkorfiles.com/index.htmlThree versions of the 85 reviewed on that site. Tons of others and articles on use of ROKKOR lenses for digital.

Thanks, I had read that review, the reviewer is taking images of a map, am hoping to hear from real world experience.
