I love Europe and it's beautiful architecture. I've made many trips to various countries and I hope to do a few more before my time is up. My aunt and uncle made a trip to Europe many years ago to visit their daughter and son-in-law who was stationed in Germany. Upon their return, I eagerly asked them how they enjoyed their visit to Europe. Their response floored me. They both shook their heads and told me that they hated it. I was bewildered. I asked why and their response was and is classic. My aunt looked at me and said, "Well, everything over there is just so old." This B&W image is from one of the many palaces in Greece. I'm sorry to say that I didn't record which palace it was but I loved the way the light was playing off the walls and the furniture. It was originally taken in color and converted to B&W in Photoshop.

Your appreciation of Europe is well warranted. Along with old comes hand craftsmanship. Good capture.
Nice work with the black and white.
old school Hollywood........hard to find these days.
A very well done classic rendition of an interior photograph!
