The only thing I would have done differently was to have her to turn her face slightly to the camera, just enough to see her eyelid.

Dean, Manglesphoto & jrw, appreciate your viewing, comments and suggestions. This may look like a staged shot but it was definitely not. It was candid moment I captured. I could not move around to get a better shot of the face due to large furniture blocking me.

After reading that this is a candid shot, IMO it came out very nice. For me her folded hands give her a slight air of being an eloquent lady.

Thank you for the kind words NJFrank. It was a totally candid shot, she was a tour guide during an open house at Gamble House in Ellenton, Fl.

It looks staged, so I would have suggested that it would be more interesting if she were looking toward the photographer more. Since it is a candid, that changes the equation. You present her is a very flattering way. I love the vignette. Well done.
