Portrait is usually head and shoulders. I guess you're being all inclusive.

There are "Head and Shoulder" portraits, "three quarter length" portraits, and "Full Length" portraits and this happens to be a "Full Length" portrait. At least this is how it has worked the 49 years I have been in photography.
