PM is given me a hard time to understand it or do certain stuff. Does anyone have a better info or lerning system. please Help

Had guests and other things going on.

First of all, Photo Mechanic is not a replacement to Photoshop.
If that's what you were hoping for, forget it.
I believe it's aimed for the news media to quickly download ("Ingest"), sort, keyword and re-number images along with doing some batch resizing and I think cropping. (I don't use it for cropping).
It will also assist uploading to FTP sites.
It can work WITH Photoshop and other editors, but mainly it's a really blazingly fast browser/organizer.
I was impressed with how much faster I see images from raw files become visible in the screen compared to Bridge or ACDSee.

What, specifically, are you looking for it to do?
