It is with a very sad heart that I read today on the Hog of the passing of Gregory. He was a dedicated birder who operated out of the Everglades and was an inspiration to me for the several years that I knew him. He was always willing to meet and take out a fellow birder to show his favorite spots. His work was simply superlative! RIP my friend, you will always be in my heart.

Horrible news!! He and I spoke about meeting up this spring to shoot in the everglades. I thought he was a brilliant photographer and was so willing to give you pointers. This is so sad. He and his loved ones will be in my prayers. Gary

That is sad news, indeed. His photos inspired me to become a better bird photographer. His presence here will be missed.

A lovely tribute Greg to our friend Gregory thank you. I will never forget his smiling face and twinkling eyes each time Bob and I met him and enjoyed the quality time spent in the Everglades. Such a lovely kind gentleman always willing to share his knowledge of photography. We had just arranged to see him later this year. RIP my dear friend, gone but never forgotten.
