I like the tilt of the head in the first one
NMGal: Thanks for choosing. There’s a certain wildness about #2 that I like. Hope life’s treating you well. Jak
Earnest,
Nice to hear from you. The eyes and angle of the head in #1 are compelling. I was lucky to find an angle to get this shot before the crows chased away the hawk. Have a great week.

I agree that the tilt of the head makes this a great pose. Combined with the beautiful stare of the eyes and I understand why you would choose this one. Thanks for participating. Jak

Great images!
Thanks, water falls. I feel very lucky to have captured these three images and have a hard time choosing a favorite. Each has its compelling qualities. Thanks for commenting. Jak
Don,
Thanks for participating. I find it hard to choose my favorite, and I understand why some folks, such as you, like #1. That stare and the angle of the head, the detail and saturation of the colors. Thanks again. Jak
_vonzip,
So nice to hear from you. I think #1 is leading the count right now, though there are folks who like each of the pictures. I can’t really decide...which prompted me to submit this little poll. The eyes and tilt of the head along with the detail and color of the first one are strong points in its favor. The wildness of the second with the sharp eyes and beak are strong points in the second, and I just can’t avoid the action and detail in the third. It will be interesting to see what others think.
