Nice in flight image. But I feel certain that is a Northern Shoveler not a Mallard although the coloration is similar. That is not a Mallard bill.

Your probably correct... I have to confess, the only duck I can identify with any degree of certainty is Donald Duck. Thanks for your comment and info.
