Contrary to the propaganda you've been listening to, the 25th Amendment Reads:
4. Whenever the Vice President and a majority of either the principal officers of the executive departments or of such other body of Congress may by law provide, t***smit to the President pro tempore of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Representatives their written declaration that the President is unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office, the Vice President shall immediately assume the powers and duties of the office as acting President.
Thereafter, when the President t***smits to the President pro tempore of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Representatives his written declaration that no inability exists, he shall resume the powers and duties of his office unless the Vice President and a majority of either the principal officers of the executive department or if such other body as Congress may by law provide, t***smit within four days to the President pro tempore of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Representatives their declaration that the President is unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office. Thereupon Congress shall decide the issue, assembling within forty eight hours for the purpose if not in session. If the Congress, within twenty one days after receipt of the latter written declaration, or, if Congress is not in session, within twenty one days after Congress is required to assemble, determines by two thirds v**e for both Houses that the President is unable to discharge the powers the powers and duties of his office, the Vice President shall continue to discharge the same as Acting President otherwise, the President shall resume the powers and duties of his office.
So with all of the steps that are necessary, a c**p isn't possible because too many people are required to v**e on the change in status for the removal of a President.
But if it's proven that trump has been c*********d by Russia, he must be removed from office as soon as possible. And the chances are extremely high that he's been c*********d for years!
There are three options; he resigns, he's impeached, or they use the 25th Ammendment.

I fear you are among those who have been or should immediately be diagnosed with TDS, Trump Derangement Syndrome. First of all, the 25th Amendment was written to have the Vice President take charge of America provided the President is unable to handle his duties due to illness such as when President Reagan was shot or some other incapacitating illness where he would no longer be able to carry out his duties. It has nothing to do with Andrew McCabe and Rod Rosenstein THINKING that President Trump was unable to carry out his duties according to THEIR wishes. Trump had just fired James Comey, a decision that he could have done for any reason he chose. Presidents hire and fire people pretty much at will. Comey had not done a good job so was fired. That was it. Think about this piece of fact. It is not up to two FBI agents and their associates to decide who is going to be President or not. We the People had already decided fair and square that Donald Trump was the elected President. We all realize, due to the past two years of whining, b***hing and crying by you weak minded Liberals, that Trump was not the choice of these two FBI agents but that is not really their call, is it? What they did reeks of attempting a c**p to destroy America. I am sure if two Conservative agents had done a similar thing to Obama, that you would be wanting them held on charges and tried in a court of law. But since it was done to President, mind you, that is PRESIDENT Trump, you on the Left feel it is acceptable behavior. It is not acceptable behavior no matter who the President is. Yet these two men and their lackies decided to try to destroy the American Office of the President. It is not Trump who should be indicted but them. There is a way to get rid of a President when he has committed Treason, Bribery, or other high Crimes and Misdemeanors. That way is Impeachment, not the 25th Amendment. If McCabe and Rosenstein had wanted to do their rightful duty they could have contacted someone in Congress and let their views be known. But they did not do things the right way. They decided to act on their own which is illegal.
You point out, C*********d by Russia. As you and other Liberals have been asked for over two years now,, where is the proof that President Trump has been c*********d by anybody, let alone Russia. This is America. I realize you don't like Trump but your Liberal rants, and those of every Liberal in America, are nothing but rants with no evidence. You all demand evidence against Hillary but when it comes to Conservatives you are all ready to fire every single Conservative with no evidence required at all. Time to wake up there Bucko, freedom is for all of us, not just you on the Left.
You wanted to start with the meeting in the Oval Office. OK let's start there. He told the press to leave. First off, he might be the only President, certainly only one of a few, who allowed the press in the Oval Office to begin with. Your precious Obama did not do that. In fact Obama, who stated he had the most open and t***sparent Presidency ever, actually had the least t***sparent Presidency ever. The press was seldom allowed in meetings whereas Trump often opens up meetings to the press for at least the first few minutes. So Trump asked the press to leave. So what? Does that prove anything at all with regard to him keeping secrets? I don't think so. You tell us the Russians released what had happened in that meeting. I don't recall that but you seem to. What did they say? Was it evidence that Trump had lied to Americans? Was he committing some t*****rous act? What?
So Trump took his interpreters notes before they could be submitted as required. Where is it written that they need to be submitted. I recall during the Obama Administration when the Border Patrolman was murdered after Obama's gun running scheme to Mexico had gone drastically wrong, that Obama refused to release information requested by Congress because he said it was a government secret. Is President Trump not accorded the same right of government secrecy for the good of America? How funny that your Liberal President can keep secrets from American as it is his right for the good of the country but President Trump is not accorded the same right to protect the country. Are you starting to realize how whacko you on the Left are, how you change the rules and goal posts to suit your needs?
Again, at the meeting of a G summit, Trump did not have someone from the State Department there to listen to the meeting. Is that a rule written down somewhere? Are you telling us that if the President and his wife go to Spain and want to have an intimate dinner with the leader of Spain, possibly with the Prime Minister of England, that a State Department official must be there as a witness to every conversation? I have never heard that. Perhaps you can enlighten us all with chapter and verse of the written rules and regulations.
And once again, Trump had a conversation at another meeting with only Putin's interpreter present. Of course you must have been there to know all of this. My again is only, SO WHAT. Did you worry even once about Obama meeting with Putin or any other world leader? When Obama had his famous open mic moment, did you not once worry what he might do with Putin after he won the e******n? Why not? Let me tell you why not. You loved Obama and trusted that POS t*****r to America. You do not like Trump and will always suspect him of wrong doing no matter what good he does for America.
Is that all you got? Get back to us when you have something substantial.
