Always Patsy Cline (Part 1)

Hi again Folks, my wife and I attended a Theatrical Tribute to the life of Patsy Cline. The play begins very early in Patsy's career beginning with her friendship with Louise Segar. Patsy visited Louise's house many times and the two of them would discuss things that would make it into some of Patsy songs. This friendship lasted till Patsy's untimely death from a plane crash in March 1963. The play was beautiful to watch and listen to. The cast included the use of a live band when Patsy's songs were preformed. Part 1 contains images from the earliest part of Patsy's career. I hope you enjoy them.

Your images from the shows you attend are always outstanding, James. I feel like I’m sitting in the front row. I saw your title and immediately thought of ‘Crazy’ and ‘I Fall To Pieces’. Patsy was a one of a kind talent, like Buddy Holly, we lost far too soon.

I love Patsy Cline’s music and the shots are great but how did you take them. Don’t most theaters prohibit photography?

Great pictures! That must have been a wonderful show. We lost so many great people to plane crashes in the early days. Fortunately, crashes are much less common now.
