Purchased this lens almost 2 years ago. Have decided it is too long for what I'm using it for. It cost $739.00 new. Would like to sell it for $550.00 or best reasonable offer. Includes 72mm UV filter, both front & rear caps, & tripod ring. Will post pictures if there is any interest.

Yes. It fits any of the Minolta Maxxum series & Sony Alpha series. Will fit the newer mirrorless bodies with an adapter.
It's quite possible I sold you batteries. I don't specifically remember you. Next time you're in the store, make sure you at least say hi. I'm usually there Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, & Friday.
