Rudolf your image is flat.... you've clipped all the data beyond 195 and virtually lost all the highlights... There are no pixels in the 195 to 255 tonal range...

Did you check the Histogram on your Sony Alpha a99 II during your shoot?
Noticed that you were using manual exposure and metering... have you considered checking with what the camera's auto exposure might have given? That often is a good starting point...

As for the composition... the double dimples would suggest a forced smile... while a single dimple can be and typically is acceptable, a double dimple generally isn't....

Have you considered adding a skilled makeup artist to your team? This talent has rather pronounced under eye bags that would have seriously benefited from concealer... and as such are a major distraction.

As for lighting? This talent's eyes are a tad too heavily shadowed.... have you considered use of a reflector just out of frame at her chest level to bounce light up into her darken eye sockets? Also the pin point catch lights in both eyes would suggest a speed-light fill flash, however the larger catch light in her right eye suggests a softer window light (or softbox)... it appears you were going for a variant of loop lighting (broad side) since there is a hint of nose shadow trending toward the left...

What's to love here? Her perfectly shaped and groomed brows elegantly frame those beautiful eyes... and what appears to be a hint of smudged Kohl eyeliner in her waterline works well to accent those beautiful eyes... Excellent choice of optics for this beauty narrative... 85mm is an industry standard...

And to be politically correct "These are only my opinions"
I wish you well on your photographic jouney Rudolf

btw, Love those loose elegant tousled tresses... they are indeed her signature look...
