This is my "Golden Boy" and he is from my archives 2011. It was a very creative time for me. I have no idea how I did all that but I love the picture. I found I also love it in negative. I guess we can call him...Little Boy Blue. Hopefully others will enjoy it also.

Another, that for some reason I liked the conversion. I think the blue one is very haunting.

These are quite fascinating. I agree that #2 is haunting - very unsettling, in fact. Is the Golden Boy your son?

Appreciate your sharing your artistry in PP Forum!

The Golden Boy is my cousin's son. They came for a visit and I got that great close up of him. Then I did some type of gold overlay and the squiggles...who knows what else! My family runs from me when I pull my camera out, unfortunately. They have gotten better and I don't mind using guilt to persuade them when I have to. I am sure they will pop up eventually...

Sadly I have done that too many times for lack of a subject to experiment on. I have tons of them, actually #2 is me which is why I kept the before a smaller just for reference. lol That was an experimental photo as well. I was applying light in a kind of makeup way...then blurring over. Anyway, yep, when there is no one to sit in the chair I often have to fill both parts, and it is more difficult to get the shot when you can't actually see it until after you've taken it.

I am cheating here due to current time constraints. If there are any particular ones that draw your eye and you would like a closer look let me know I will get those uploaded when I have more time but I tried to make it big enough that the download should work in most cases, if not all. I have enjoyed this exercise! Much thanks.
