Thanks Andy. 1. Corel PaintShop Pro smart photo adjust tweaking black levels, contrast, and saturation. 2. Corel again digital noise reduction. 3. Topaz plugins Adjust, Clarify, Lens Effects, and Detail in that order. Sounds like a lot of work but it's a pretty standard workflow for me and only took about 10 minutes. I love those Topaz plugins!
