all those photos are very familiar to me...have seen them many times...plus many more..
I spent time in Vietnam, 1969...was shot down while flying in a slick.... med evac'ed to Camp Zama then to Letterman Gen Hosp in the Presidio in San Francisco. As a young man, I thought I was doing the right thing volunteering to go.... but as an old man now... it was stupid of me because that was one of the most useless, poorly run war of all time. LBJ trying to run the war from his ranch in Tx. and McNamara was the worst oh well it is in the past ..just hope the new military have read lessons learned
