Actually some experts say if you want a long strong password that you can remember - not even a pass word "vault" type program like "Last Pass" then use sentences or phrases, lines from movies etc. Often with just a little tweak that only you are likely to know. I sometimes use Roman Numerals - the vast majority of young people today haven't got a clue about them.
Haha...good one. Did you hear about the blonde who was fired from the quality control packing line at the M&M's factory? She was throwing out all the "W&W's" because they were printed upside down.
