I missed the threat part. But I assume that statement is similar to calling someone a r****t when there obviously is no act of r****m imparted by anybody. Rather it is a phrase used by Liberals to point out that the person noted, Pelosi, is superior to the other person, Huey Driver and so somehow that superiority threatens them. Of course it is all nothing but common Liberal bulls**t designed to intimidate.
