We went to Omaha yesterday. I had read that Buffet Cancer Center had some Chihuly pieces, so we stopped in......Lots of nice artwork on display!!! 1st 6 are pretty common Chihuly pieces. Next 3 are
"painting" with glass on glass ( 3 layers). The "Pole" out front is by Kaneko (final photo), an Omaha
artists known for large tall pots, so this is a new item in his reportere. As you can see, it was a dismal
day. We drove most of the way in fog (both going & coming home). About 30 miles from home the
skies cleared & sun was shining when we arrived at home! Made for a beautiful sunset!!!! (no photo).
