Domke F-1 Bag Input: Anybody have experience with the bigger Domke bags. I'm looking for a bag to carry two large cameras with lens attached. I like the look and price of the Domke's.

Not that bag, mine is a bit smaller.
Love it and built like a tank. Mine is about 30 years old, been washed in the laundry many times and all over the country from the beach to the mountains.

The Domke bags are good, durable and convenient, but too small for a 70-200, a wide angle zoom with a body and a speedlight softbox. I use a Tenba messenger bag for carrying those items

I have medium and large canvas Domkes.

Excellent except for one thing, and maybe
that thing has changed, cuz mine are old.
The large one carried a major 'Blad outfit,
back when one might tote that sorta thing.

The metal leaf spring hook latches are on
long-ish straps and swing threateningly at
your bagged gear when you open or close
the top flap in a hurry, even a minor hurry.

If the latches are now plastic, thaz better !

Thanks for the reply. It seemed the review I read said the bigger Domke bags could hold a dslr with a 70-200.

The F2 is till available from B&H. It is a great canvas bag with a foam liner. Great bag.
This bag was introduced to carry the Nikon F2 back in the day. Again, great bag, they put them on sale from time to time and you can get great deals on used ones off Ebay from time to time.

I have a Domke F2 for about 30 years and a couple smaller ones for 5-6 years, great bags.
