My wife have been officially informed by our son that we are going to be Grandparents "1st time".
To a baby girl, due date is August 15th 2019.
Her name is going to be Emorie Alyse DePuy.
We are so looking forward to being grandparents.
The wife was starting to think it would never happen.
The baby was actually conceived on Nov. 22 which also happens to be my wife's B-day, they did tell us on Christmas but we were'nt allowed to tell anyone till they found out what the gender was. So I did hold up my end of the deal by not telling and now I can tell the world....lol.....
So looking forward to the photo opps. I need to find a newborn locally to practice on. Anyone in the Charlotte NC area have one available??? lol just kidding.

Hi Tom, congratulations and mazel tov. I can see it now, as she grows. She already has you under her little finger. You are a goner. But there is one ray of sunshine, you can buy her the loudest toys to play with at home, and get even with your kid. LOL. Thats what grandparents are for. In all seriousness, it is blessed occasion.
BTW, Like your wife, my b-day is also November 22. (A most infamous day in history!)

Congratulations Tom! We've been grandparents for 15 years now and fully understand it when it is said that grandparenting is so wonderful too bad we couldn't have done it first, lol!
