On the Coast....a mile out atleast
SSSHHHARK....Not Porpoise
Focus is not there. not really happy with the Tamron 150/600 G2 Canon
It is difficult to determine with total accuracy, but in my humble opinion, the last two photos show dolphins.

Crossing the Atlantic back in the US Navy days, you'd be surprised at what shows up in the middle of the ocean.
I saw a submarine's periscope aimed our direction
OK The Pacific dolphin then. I was standing in the back yard. I need to focus the 80D. Not sharp at any length
I put 6 pounds of C4 on flipper and wished him the best of luck... he took out the periscope on his way to mist...
Thanks Dad...!! no worries Vietnam Vet. My Dad stuck an '06 in his mouth and pulled the trigger. He WAS a Vietnam vet also. Miss him everyday
All I want to do at this point is post photos people can enjoy and reflect, or remember a memory or two. This site does that. There are Many talented photographers here, and I want to learn how to use the camera to it's full extent without being judged and chided. With all do respect sir. Thank you for your service
Maybe I misunderstood the whole conversation...
Thank you to all ya all, especially to Vietnam Vet

I’ll agree with that. The last one looks like it’s swimming along on it’s back.
In any case, whatever “they” are any big fish attracts a lot of attention on east beaches.

You live in Fallbrook? We lived in the "village" for about a dozen years, leaving in 2005 after I retired. My youngest granddaughter was born in Fallbrook when her mother (our middle daughter) stayed with us when she was expecting since her husband worked construction and was away from home so much of the time.
Double download makes it clear are dolphins.
