Greetings! Used to own a Canon AV1 film camera with all kinds of attachments and a HEAVY Vivitar 70/210 lens and a couple of smaller ones. Spent a fortune on filters and film processing costs. Finally, camera broke—cost too much to repair so I stopped making photos until my son worked at Best Buy and later at Apple and got me hooked on iPhones. Loved the idea of taking my iPhone every where without all the equip., and making multi copies of the same scene without paying half my paycheck on processing fees! The iPhone makes me “shutter”!! Glad to be on board!! (Use Snapseed for most post-processing).

Welcome to the forum. Great iPhone image, have fun and keep shooting.
It looks like you tried to do an HDR or at least lighten it in post but the resolution, size, exposure, and sharpness were inadequate. Other than that the horizon is well placed.
Welcome to the Hog Jim, enjoy.
Jimy, great shot. Welcome to the Forum.!
Just got a new iPhone XR. Lots of features to play with, takes decent photos as far as I’m concerned, but it won’t replace my DSLR. Yet. 😜😜
