If this image were yours, would you keep the bird?
What else, if anything, would you do with this picture?
Thanks!
Oooh, this is so cool - and different! The contrast of yellow and blue is wonderful, the angles and lines and very eye-catching.
I'd pump up the processing (contrast - or levels/curves to darken the black, colors, clarity) and I'd clone out the bit of wall to left of the furthest barbed wire tangles. I'd like to see the sky travel all the way down that side, even if only a small section.
I'd replace the bird with something more dramatic and all black, such as a raven. I have learned how to make my own stamp-brushes (it's very simple!), but you can get free online too. The birds in the two photos
here were added separately, as were the trees

I would crop way in, getting rid of the lower part of the building, leaving just the bird and barbed wire. Kinda would tell a story maybe.
Have you thought about black and white?
To me the bird is not distinctive enough and distracts from the great lines and colors.
So, you'd substitute the bird for another. That's a thought. Thanks so much!
You really like the bird!!! Thanks for your thoughts.
Hadn't thought of black and white. Will duplicate photo and see if there's a picture. Thanks for the idea.
I thinking your thoughts. Thanks for your response.
I wonder if these images are what some of you had in mind.
Sorry; I don't know why the photos are not being attached. I'll keep trying!
