Thanks, Paul and I would think that it would do fine. It belongs in the mallow family but is much more cold hardy than Hydrangeas, and when viewing many of their blooms it can be difficult to tell one from the other. It can grow into a small tree and may have a number of suckers if left to grow without trimming but has beautiful blooms and you can select from a number of colors! Take care!
