Unfortunately, with a slow shutter speed, if there is the slightest bit of wind, you're going to get some movement of the greenery which will cause the blurring.

Try shooting very early in the morning. The air is often very still just before sunrise. The light is fantastic too.
Made me think perhaps take multiples of very fast and very slow or long exposure and Manipulate in post like focus stacking or HDR.
I have not started to do post as yet. But, am looking forward to it. In film we sometimes di this .
