Not a good idea if there are still Mongols who have not been convicted and incarcerated. Biker gangs are very protective of their "colors" as their logos are called. Anyone seen wearing colors better be in the gang or the members will retaliate, with severe force. At least that is the general consensus.
A very serious overreach. A stretch for sure. I understand the law enforcement prospective on this issue, however the constitution protects us from those sort of overreaches. Not only a 1st amendment violation could also be a 4th amendment violation... Don't think this will fly.
Just another case of the govt trying to take away something that someone owns. Goes to far.
