Absolutely correct about the source of income, traderjohn. Now, as for the specific funding source (budget item).....isn't that a just shell game? Sorta like how the Trust Fund originally established to support Social Security, got raped and plundered for 'other purposes?'

Hey folks ... I have been an observer (stalker) on this site for a long time.
This is moving to me because I believe that (most of these folks) are serving their country in the best way they have to offer.
