A Sony rx100 mark iv with its 24-70 equivalent always but sometimes a small camera bag that holds besides the camera with normal size lens 1-2 add lens’s or 1 extra lens and 1 flash. I take a canon 5DIV and a canon 24-70 f/2.8 then depending I add one lens, either a wide like (11-24 or 16-35) or short zoom like (70-200 or 70-300). If night a flash Also a spare battery, remote trigger, mini RRS tripod and some other small stuff

Perhaps I mis-interpreted the meaning of "grab & go"

I keep at least one camera (preset for most parameters) on a nearby shelf set to allow me to grab it and go quickly in case of an unexpected photo opportunity. Have mixed feelings about a zoom vs. just a 50mm (FF) or 35mm (Crop). What do you favor?

I personally have a Nikon D3300 with my Nikon 18-140mm 3.5-5.6 lens attached and ready to go, sitting in my LowePro Camera bag. I also have a 35mm 1.8g lens, and 50mm 1.8g lens, and 55-200mm, all Nikon lens. So, my "Walk-around" lens is my Nikon 18-140.

On my Nikon D750 it's usually the Voigtlander 58mm 1.4 tho sometimes its the Voigtlander 40mm 2.0.
