TV is off, computer on and relaxing by using Alexa for Christmas songs by genre or specific artist...too bad there isn't a little snow to further enhance the warmth of the fireplace.

Happy holidays to all!

Thank you, Stan!

You should have time to plan your next venture! Hopefully when it's warmer!

We're enjoying classical and Christmas music on ClassicFM via our good friend Alexa - fires in both the living room stove and the cook stove, but no snow in the forecast. Merry Christmas!

I bought one several months ago for my ninety year old father and what a homerun that was!

After he learned to talk to it!

There may be an Alexa app for the snow. Merry Christmas all

I have Phillips Hue hooked up to Alexa and I found I only need to say, "Alexa, turn on the bedroom." to make the lights go on. My grandson came running into the kitchen one day after I said, "Alexa turn on the laundry." He said he wished he had known she could do laundry because he does his own laundry. I told him she really was remarkable, she got the clothes out of the hampers, folded it and put it away too!

Snow? Seeing where you live, be careful what you wish for...

Actually, I like snow and cold weather. We've been having an unbelievable amount of rain in these parts since October and snow would be a great relief.

I have Alexa on my Kindle, and I use it occasionally. Amazing. "Alexa, what's the weather?"

The grandkids drive her crazy when they're here, constantly asking her to tell jokes - of, course, until an adult shouts, "ENOUGH"!!!

For those who have not seen this video, my 90 year old father is a great example.

We also need one for seniors beginning to lose their hearing, like my wife. If I ask her for the time she'll give me a dime. That Alexa would be a real winner.

We have a loss of hearing issue as well at my house. After the holidays it will be addressed. Been a tough couple years!

Did you ask Alexa for the snow?

Happy Holidays to you, DaveO, and to everyone else as well.
