Hi there:
Shots one and two are your best by far. What were your settings? Try to let the action come to you. Nice work.

I am going to use my new one tomorrow for some of the games. How did you find the focusing, fast, slower, etc. ?

New lens?? What is it? Good luck! I was OK with the BBF for the first time using it. Getting it set up was the biggest deal.

I thought you had that one. Anxious to see how you do. Nikon right?

Hi. Nice shots. Agree with Jules on 1 and 2. I found the 85 not quite close enough at times to fill the frame, hence my switch to 50-150. You are getting better quickly.

Glad you tried BBF. Your shots are sharper and the focus appears to be better. This may not be the cause, but it be a helpful contributing factor. It will feel more natural the more you use it.

What David said. Experiment a bit. We don't have to go out and buy more film anymore. Shoot away my friend.

Thanks! I set both the 7D and the 7D mark 11 to BBF.

I set mine about 3 years ago and never looked back.

try
Yes. Indoor sports has been new to me these past years. Taking the 200mm prime 2.8 next time. I'd like to try the Tokina 100mm 2.8, but it may not be fast enough. I guess I will have to try it. Maybe take both cameras so I don't have to switch lenses. Thank you

Me too, I do like using BBF. Still working on focus points. Foot ball is a lot easier--probably cause it is outside
