A Shy Photographer on Maui. [2 of 3]

I recently went to Hawaii with a group of friends. It was a wonderful time, but being a guy who enjoys Photography, I would wander alone taking pictures of Sea Turtles, birds and flowers. One afternoon I decided to push my comfort zone and go for a walk down the beach and ask total strangers if I could photograph them. My only criteria was there had to something about the individual that attracted me. I had 7 takers and no rejections which surprised me.
I have a Native Hawaiian guy who likes to hangout around 2-Step Beach watching the snorkelers, listening to his tunes and sipping on a beer. Also at 2-Step, I met Yoga, a young Chinese girl visiting Hawaii with friends.
