Autumn

This is my Autumn who got his name because I found him in the pasture at the beginning of the fall season many years ago. He was several years old when I adopted him and I have had him about 15 yrs. He only has one eye due to glaucoma that could not be controlled. He loves laying in sunshine spots on the carpet.

Aw...he is gorgeous and I'm glad he is enjoying this golden years with you. I miss our girl who passed at 16 yrs. old of a stroke. It's amazing how long some of them can live, and i think that is just great. Enjoy many more days of sunshine Autumn!

You have a cat that is 29? Wow, that is amazing! My neighbors was 22 though when she passed away, blind and deaf but still got around right up to the end. You're doing something right at your house

They are never outside exposed to any danger. When they were younger, I used to let a couple of them outside (one at a time), only if I was with them so I could keep an eye on them and swoop them up quickly if need be. I live out in the country with a lot of woods and a lot of wild creatures. They are kept inside to prevent any possible fights.

How wonderful and I'm still amazed at the age! Great job with keeping them happy and healthy
