There is nothing wrong with this picture! Great lighting and exposure, lovable subject! Maybe crop a smidge from the top.

My personal feel. A shot that does not include the foot behind the head. A bit of cloning might work. Another possible adjustment, the fuzzing of the foot to make it closer to the background.
Despite my tendency to answer a la W.C. Field, the shot is of a cute baby trying to munch on a light bulb.
It’s pretty good the way you have. You made this way for a reason, trust your own judgment.
It’s a candid & you did great. Yeah you could get rid of the foot but I wouldn’t bother. Kids this age don’t pose like models or follow directions. It’s a keeper

As previously said, it is an adorable picture and will be until he gets to thinking those bulbs might be candy, and tries to take a bite out of one. Remembering 'those days' I imagine you will get some serious opposition and noise when you try to take his new favorite toy away

I agree. Perhaps lighten a bit and selectively sharpen the eyes. Nice photo!
