Beautiful ferocious living dinosaur. You captured the extreme self confidence that most raptors have. Being hand held at over 100 ft. with a reletively slow shutter speed, the photo is amazingly clear. Great capture in all respects. Thanks for posting it.

Getting a steady shot (no camera shake) is easy when you have a camera (5Dsr) that has a special split-second delay in it's special mirror set-up. Also, my Canon 300 2.8 II lens has a 4-stop effective image stabilizer system. Plus, after not using a tripod or mono-pod for 7 years, I have had a lot of practice with the help of my pistol or hand lens grip to steady my shots. See my camera/lens/2x extender set-up below.
